Salary: GBP 49,764 per annum, rising to GBP 53,862 per annum
Basis: Full time

Job Responsibilities
1. Manage multiple complex projects, including the Emergency Services Network (ESN) Project, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality targets.
2. Establish and maintain communication with Fire and Rescue Services, Police, Ambulance partners, and internal teams across regional and local levels.
3. Produce accurate project documentation to define goals, scope, and requirements; identify solutions and present recommendations to management and project boards.
4. Support budget planning, monitor expenditure, and prepare business cases for infrastructure and resource funding.
5. Prepare for ESN transition phases, establish project teams, and coordinate necessary resources.
6. Attend meetings at various levels and work flexibly, autonomously, and collaboratively within teams.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in managing complex programmes and multiple projects, preferably within emergency services or ES Control environments.
* Recognised qualification in Project/Programme Management.
* Good understanding of communications equipment, infrastructure, and basic IT networks.
* Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
* Strong influencing, negotiation, advising, and stakeholder management skills, including experience with senior management.
* Experience in budget management across multiple projects.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
