The Role

· Leading and developing the central estimating and solution modelling team across the UK
· Driving innovation, best practices, and efficiency in bid pricing and estimation models
· Collaborating with senior stakeholders across pricing, finance, procurement, legal, and bid management to ensure high-quality submissions

To be successful in the role of Head of Estimating, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
· Proven experience leading estimating or commercial teams in a business development or bidding environment
· Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to create competitive, risk-assessed pricing strategies
