Role
* Act across a range of sectors
* Draft and negotiate a wide range of high value and complex commercial contracts
* Lead on major projects and assist in developing innovative, cutting-edge contract structures
* Advise on PFI expiry/variation and future public private partnerships
* Opportunity to work on procurement issues and develop skills
* Lead and participate in business development initiatives
You
* 7+ years PQE in commercial law
* Experience working with government departments or for private sector companies contracting with government
* Ambitious and commercially-minded
