At Rutland Manor, we’re looking for a caring, compassionate individual to join our supportive team as a Care Assistant.Rutland Manor, based in Ilkeston, provides care and nursing support for older adults, including those living with dementia and complex needs. What you’ll be doing
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our residents’ daily lives by:
1. Providing person-centred care tailored to individual needs
2. Supporting with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility
3. Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
4. Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team
(Nights) Care Assistant – Position Details
5. One full time position is available
6. Shift times: 19:30-07:30
7. Working pattern: rota basis, including alternate weekends and some bank holidays
8. Location: Ilkeston, DE7 (Please consider your travel arrangements, including weekends, before applying.)
