🩺 The Role
We are recruiting Care Assistants / Support Workers to work across care homes and supported living services in Chelmsford and surrounding areas.
You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to service users with a range of needs.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Assist service users during meal times
* Provide personal care and day-to-day support
* Use hoists and slide sheets for safe moving and handling
* Deliver compassionate, person-centred care
* Support individuals with:
o Dementia & Alzheimer’s
o Mental Health needs
o Learning & physical disabilities
o Neurological & sensory impairments
o Palliative / end-of-life care
o Cancer care
