Youll be part of a supportive and experienced team, working alongside Property Managers, Reactive Maintenance Coordinators, and Facilities professionalsall reporting into the Associate Director of Property Management. This role offers significant potential for growth, learning, and progression in a multi-disciplinary environment. What Youll Be Doing Proactively manage key lease and tenancy (L&T) events, ensuring critical dates are tracked and acted upon via CRM systems Oversee rent collection and arrears processes, assisting with recovery strategies where needed Ensure all properties remain fully compliant with insurance, health & safety, and legal regulations Prepare annual service charge budgets and support the reconciliation of service charge income and expenditure Act as a central contact between service departments, maintaining Property Managements integral role in all client matters Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing professional, responsive service Uphold internal and external service level agreements (SLAs) and meet performance KPIs across your portfolio Liaise effectively with the Maintenance and Tenant Support teams to address issues promptly Maintain accurate records for compliance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) through CRM systems What You Will Need to Succeed Experience working in a Property Management environmentideal for a Junior Commercial Property Manager ready to step up, or a Block Property Manager seeking a new challenge A genuine passion for property, with a proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile Experience using CRM systems such as TRAMPS or Fixflo is a plusbut not essential (full training provided) RICS, Institute of Facilities Management (IFM), or relevant Health & Safety qualifications are desirable Strong planning and organisational skills, with a good eye for detail Confidence working with budgets, accounts, and service charge management Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Whats in It for You?
