Responsibilities
Carry out Care Act and Children and Families assessments, produce outcome-focused support plans, and deliver interventions that safeguard and empower children and young adults. Work within the innovative 0‑25 AAD model, developing practice across adult and children’s legislation and benefiting from small, supportive teams, manageable caseloads, comprehensive training, reflective group supervision, clinical advice, and administrative support.
Qualifications
Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, with relevant experience in social work practice. Demonstrate the professional skills and personal attributes required to guide families, navigate complex cases, and champion the best outcomes for children and young adults. Commit to a strength‑based approach and to working in a diverse community.
Conditions of Employment
* Permanent position
* Working hours: 36 per week, Monday to Friday
* Location base: 160 Tooley Street SE1 2QH
* Requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at Enhanced – Adults and Children (Barred) level
