Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management department
* Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
* Lead, support, and develop the property management team
* Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors on complex matters
* Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation and procedures
* Manage escalated maintenance issues, renewals, and property inspections
Qualifications
* Previous experience in residential property management at senior level essential
* Experience in leading or overseeing a property management team
