Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is located in Bromley, and requires daily collaboration with the sales and support teams to achieve company goals and targets.
Qualifications
* Experience in account management, client relationship management, and customer service
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop and implement business strategies
* Proficiency in using CRM software and tech-driven platforms
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work on-site in Bromley
* Experience in the financial or investment industry is a plus
