Key tasks include drafting and negotiating complex agreements, advising on multi-jurisdictional regulatory risks, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal compliance while fostering innovation.
Requirements:
* UK Qualified Lawyer (or equivalent)
* Experience in cash management/payments law
* Background in financial services (private practice or in-house)
* Strong regulatory knowledge and contract negotiation skills
* Ability to manage a high workload and collaborate effectively
SALARY C £110,000 + EXCELLENT BENEFITS
