Teaching Personnel Dorset is seeking a dedicated and creative Art Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire students and develop their artistic skills in a school that values the arts and encourages self-expression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging Art & Design lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4
* Encourage creativity through a range of artistic techniques and mediums
* Support students in developing confidence and technical ability in Art
* Maintain an inclusive and structured learning environment
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Art at secondary level (KS3 & KS4)
* A strong passion for Art and the ability to inspire students
* Effective classroom management and adaptability
* Commitment to fostering a positive and creative learning environment
