Turn customer drawings and data into accurate, competitive quotes
Decide the best manufacturing methods to maximise efficiency and profit
Take ownership of projects from enquiry through to completion
Work directly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Manage contracts with a "right first time" mindset
Help drive continuous improvement across quality, cost, and deliveryWhat You Bring
You're not just technically capable-you're commercially aware and proactive.
Strong mechanical engineering background
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings with confidence
Apprentice-trained or equivalent experience
A "get it done" attitude with flexibility and drive
Confident communicator at all levels
Good IT skillsBonus points if you have:
Subcontract machining experience
Lean / Continuous Improvement knowledge
