Tallington Lakes is currently recruiting a full-time receptionist at our on-site Pro Shop to maintain the day-to-day running of our front desk.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you must be approachable and able to provide exceptional levels of customer service. You will need to be highly motivated, have excellent organisation skills, a keen eye for detail and be able to work both within a close team environment and individually.
GCSE Grade C/Grade 4 or above in Maths and English is preferred. Reception experience is desirable but not a necessity, as full training can be provided for the correct individual.
Main Duties will include:
Answering the telephone, responding to e-mails, and communicating with our customers.
Taking bookings for activities.
Handling cash and till transactions.
Fulfilling online orders for our Pro Shop (pick, pack & despatch).
Shop duties.
Other admin tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £8.00-£12.21 per hour
