I'm partnering with a fast-growing ad tech business to find a Programmatic Specialist to join their London team.
This isn't your typical programmatic role. You won't just be activating campaigns and handing off. From the moment the media plan lands, you own it - trafficking, optimisation, reporting, insight delivery and final execution. Real end-to-end accountability.

đź“‹ The Role
• Plan, activate and optimise campaigns across programmatic channels
• Make independent targeting and channel decisions daily — this is not a follow-the-brief role
• Run performance analysis and deliver actionable insights directly to the commercial team
• Manage campaigns through to final delivery with full ownership at every stage
• Work alongside a close-knit, social team in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
âś… What We're Looking For
• Hands-on DV360 and Campaign Manager 360 experience
• Someone who can demonstrate genuine campaign ownership, not just activation
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
• Confident communicator - comfortable managing internal stakeholders and working cross-functionally
• Background in an independent agency, scale-up or publisher environment preferred

• £35,000 – £45,000 base salary
• Bonus up to £5,000/year (paid twice yearly)
