Finance Manager - Salary £60,000 to £70,000 plus excellent benefits
Glasgow | Hybrid (3 days in the office)
Lusona is working with a well‑established organisation to recruit a Finance Manager for a key role within their finance function. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking for a broad, hands‑on position with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.
The Role
Reporting into a senior finance leader, you will take ownership of management reporting, financial control, and statutory reporting, playing a critical role in delivering high‑quality financial information to support business decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production of accurate and timely management accounts, KPIs, and financial analysis
2. Preparation of variance analysis and commentary against the budget and forecast
3. Review and challenge of financial information, ensuring consistency and insight
4. Contribution to the statutory accounts and disclosures process
5. Liaison with external auditors and support through audit cycles
6. Oversight of monthly financial processes and controls within core finance systems
7. Continuous improvement of reporting, controls, and documentation
Skills & Experience
8. Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
9. Strong experience in a financial reporting or management accounting role
10. Good working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience beneficial)
11. Confident communicator with the ability to challenge constructively
12. Commercially aware, organised, and delivery‑focused
