We’re seeking a Practice Lead with deep technical expertise and a passion for driving digital transformation to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. Responsibilities

* Input into operational and strategic planning.
* Execute parts of the regional business plan for the practice unit, including go‑to‑market initiatives.
* Manage sales and marketing activities.
* Plan and execute regional capacity planning to maintain appropriate capacity for forecasted demand.
* Schedule and manage team utilisation regionally.
* Oversee regional quality management, maintaining fit‑for‑purpose quality assurance standards, practices and processes.
* People management, including hiring, performance management and terminations.
* Key vendor relationship management at the regional level.
* Participate in pre‑sales and coordinate resources within the practice regionally.
* Provide marketing support for regional execution.

Qualifications

* Prior experience in a Practice Lead or Consulting role within a similar environment, managing all aspects of a services business including P&L.
* Demonstrated experience driving services in Insight’s technology solution offerings in Dynamics 365.
* Ability to drive sales, presales, and new business development activities.
* Demonstrated experience in managing partners and high‑level stakeholders.
* Strong understanding and broad exposure across the business platform landscape.
* Extensive team leadership and people management experience.
* Experience in mapping business needs to technology solutions.
* Understanding of consulting methodologies.
* Strong business and commercial acumen.
