Cambridge – Office role
Salary up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience
Full time, Permanent, 40 hours per week
We provide services to the University of Cambridge, maintaining and repairing their Key Worker Housing located in Eddington and properties across Cambridge. We look after over 1000 properties across Cambridge.
About the role:
Due to a new contract expansion, we are looking at hiring an Administrator to join our team. As a Administrator within our Cambridge branch the main duties will be to provide administration and helpdesk support. This role is central to our communications with Clients, our team and our Subcontractors/ suppliers. The role will be to monitor the email inbox, raise work tickets, planning reactivate and PPM jobs into operatives dairies, liaising with the management team, dealing with emails and telephone calls from tenants and the client and ensuring jobs are monitored to make sure they aren’t overdue. Another part of the role will be working with subcontractors and monitoring documentation.
Role Criteria:
1. Previous administrator experience
2. Good telephone communication skills
3. Office experience
4. IT literate – Office 365
