This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and helping us expand our market presence in CNC precision machining, routed and fabricated parts, assemblies, and site services.

Internal Business Development Executive - Responsibilities
* Driving new business opportunities across target sectors.
* Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline.
* Preparing and coordinating quotations with our Internal Sales Support team.
* Negotiating commercial terms and securing profitable orders.
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service.
* Attending customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
* Tracking performance and reporting regularly to management.
* Analysing market trends and customer needs to support strategy and marketing.
Internal Business Development Executive - What we're looking for
* Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Confidence in negotiation and commercial discussions.
* Ability to manage pipelines, forecasts, and CRM/ERP systems.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong organisational skills.
