Key Responsibilities
* Inspect and evaluate mechanical systems and equipment for operational efficiency.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
* Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
* Support installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
* Maintain technical records, reports, and maintenance documentation.
* Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
* Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to mechanical processes.
Required Skills
1. Mechanical Systems Knowledge – Understanding of mechanical equipment and components.
2. Troubleshooting Skills – Ability to identify and resolve equipment issues.
3. Maintenance Practices – Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
4. Technical Documentation – Ability to prepare reports and records.
5. Engineering Fundamentals – Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
Preferred Skills
* CAD software exposure.
* Industrial safety awareness.
* Lean manufacturing or process improvement knowledge.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant mechanical engineering experience or a Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma. Typical experience range for this role is 0–5 years in manufacturing, maintenance, production, or engineering environments. Freshers with strong mechanical fundamentals may also be considered.

* Minimum: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
