Claims Executive / Claims Co-Ordinator – Specialty Lines

£55,000 -£65,000
A unique opportunity for someone early in their claims career who wants to step up, gain real exposure, and develop themselves long-term.
This position sits within the Insurance Division of a Global, Technology-led manufacturing business offering high levels of exposure and a chance to develop beyond a traditional claims career.
This isn’t a process-driven handler role. It’s for someone confident, commercially aware, and ready to get involved in complex claims across multiple markets.
You’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders, brokers, and insurers, learning how claims are managed at a higher-level while being given the space to develop quickly.
The Role
* Support and manage claims across a range of specialty lines
* Interpret policy wordings and apply them in real-world scenarios
* Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners
* Coordinate with insurers, brokers, and advisors to progress claims
* Help manage expectations and guide stakeholders through key stages of the claims process
* Assist in shaping claims strategy and decision-making
* Gain exposure to London Market and global programmes
Experience
* Experience within claims (insurer, broker, or TPA background)
* Strong understanding of policy wordings, insurance fundamentals and coverage interpretation
* Confident communicator who can hold their own with senior stakeholders
* Commercial mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture and manage expectations effectively
* Someone proactive, switched-on, and comfortable taking ownership
* A strong generalist - adaptable across different claim types and scenarios
* Natural ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
