Head of Contract – Tech | London | £75–95k base | OTE £150k
A specialist international recruitment business operating across critical project markets is hiring a senior Contract Leader to take ownership of a high value tech contract function in London.
Established for over a decade, the firm focuses on advanced technology and mission critical delivery across engineering, enterprise tech, life sciences and data centre projects. They are known for working on complex, high impact programmes rather than generalist volume recruitment.

Role
* Lead an existing tech contract function
* Manage and improve performance of contract consultants
* Stay hands on with billing and key accounts
* Close leadership gap between team and SLT
* Build structure and accountability across the desk
Current desk metrics
* Strong existing client base including £1m+ accounts
* Typical contract margin around 20%
* Avg perm fee approx £25k (1.5 DPM)
* Commission paid on personal and team billings
* 20%+ margin, 30 day terms
Profile required
* Proven contract biller
* Experience leading or mentoring consultants
* Strong stakeholder and client management
* Commercially sharp and delivery focused
* Comfortable in a performance culture
Package
* £75k to £95k base
* OTE around £150k
* Commission up to 35 percent, no threshold
* 4 days office, 1 day WFH
