We're helping a global retail business recruit a team of People Systems Analyst on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting a fast-paced, international retail business through a key period of HR systems development and optimisation.
Working structure: 2/3 days per month in Bicester, 2/3 days per month in London, the rest from home.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 pro rata
As the People Systems Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing their HRIS platform. This includes managing data integrity, supporting system upgrades and updates, delivering reports and dashboards, and acting as a key liaison between HR, IT, and the wider business. This role will suit someone with strong HRIS experience (Ideally Success Factors or SAP), a solid understanding of HR processes, and a proactive mindset for system improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and support the Success Factors HRIS system, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy. Success Factors experience is Desirable.
* Provide system training and guidance to HR users and stakeholders
* Support cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and workforce planning
* Deliver operational reports and dashboards to key stakeholders
* Identify and implement improvements to processes and system functionality
* Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure system alignment with business needs
* Monitor and manage system security, access, and compliance
What We're Looking For
* Proven hands on experience with HRIS systems (Ideally Success Factors) but not a prerequisite
* Understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle, compensation, and talent management
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insight
* Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams and geographies
* Attention to detail and a drive to continuously improve systems and processes
Additional Details
* 9-month FTC with immediate start preferred
* Up to £55,000 per annum (pro rata)
* Hybrid working: mostly remote with occasional travel to London and Bicester
