Job Title: Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work as part of a small, friendly team at our site offices on St Mary’s, Isles of Scilly. This is a part-time role, working 20-30 hours each week to suit.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Opening and distributing incoming post & emails
2. Coordinating deliveries to site
3. Managing invoices and receipts
4. Uploading documents to our in-house system and external portals
5. Stationery orders
6. Various ad hoc administration duties as required
Skills and Background:
* Strong IT skills, specifically knowledge of Microsoft Applications
* Organized, hardworking & proactive
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
