MOOV are a leading virtual studio, sport & events graphics company in the UK, offering an array of services to UK and International broadcasters such as BBC, TNT Sports, ITV, Amazon Prime & Sky Sports.

MOOV was established in 2000 by Duncan Foot & Nev Appleton. Their vision was to deliver a high-quality all-round graphics solution, coupled with excellent multi-skilled operational staff.

Over the past twenty five years, with a passion for innovation and design, we have always taken pride in every project, big and small.

Our range of services has continued to grow, so as well as live sports graphics and design, we now also offer Creative services, graphics software development, as well as Virtual Studios, Augmented and 360-Virtual Reality solutions.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the smooth running of office operations, including creating office rotas and maintaining supplies.
* Coordinate and support internal meetings, including creating agendas and minute taking.
* Manage travel logistics, including booking hotels, flights, and trains for staff.
* Handle inbound communications, including monitoring voicemail and managing central email accounts.
* Assist with Health & Safety requirements.
* Assist with HR administration tasks, including onboarding of new staff.
* Maintain up-to-date office systems, such as Monday.com.

You are required to be in our Ealing office twice a week, typically Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

* Experience in office management or administration roles.
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
* Discretion when handling sensitive information.
