About the role:
As Store Manager, you'll take full responsibility for your store's performance. You'll lead a team of passionate retailcolleagues, drive sales, deliver outstanding service, and ensure operational excellence. You'll also help shape the customer experience and make the most of commercial opportunities.
Store Manager responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day retail operations, ensuring a smooth, high-performing store
* Deliver a brilliant customer experience through service and store standards
* Inspire, develop, and coach your team to meet and exceed KPIs
* Use data and commercial insight to maximise sales and performance
* Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and compliance standards
* Support recruitment, training and retention of retail staff
* Report regularly to area management and head office on store performance
