SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR

HEAD OF ENTERPRISE SALES

PROPTECH/SAAS

* Do you want to build and lead a high-performing team delivering meaningful, long-term revenue growth?


A senior leadership opportunity within a scaling technology business operating in a complex enterprise, public sector market.

You’ll inherit a proven sales function generating £2m+ ARR and be responsible for taking it to the next level; embedding process, improving conversion and driving predictable, sustainable growth.

This is a strategic, high-value sales environment focused on complex, multi-stakeholder deals rather than volume.


THE ROLE?

* Own overall sales performance and revenue delivery across the team
* Lead, coach and develop a team of senior enterprise sales professionals
* Drive improvements in pipeline quality, conversion rates and forecasting accuracy
* Implement and embed structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC)
* Support high-value deal execution and complex negotiations
* Work closely with Customer Success to drive expansion and retention
* Partner with RevOps to improve processes, reporting and visibility
* Contribute to strategic planning and senior stakeholder engagement

* Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
* Strong leadership capability with experience developing senior sales talent
* Data-driven, structured and commercially astute
* Collaborative, coachable and low ego


PACKAGE DETAILS:

* Basic: £120,000–£150,000
* OTE: £170,000–£210,000
* Equity: Available after qualifying period
* Location: London / Hybrid
