We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work alongside our Quality Team to ensure that the College maintains exceptionally high standards in the delivery of teaching & learning. The key focus of the role will be to support teaching staff to continuously improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment at Leeds College of Building, ensuring consistently high‑quality learning opportunities for all our students.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering staff development activities to meet the needs of individual staff or teams.

You will be expected to co‑ordinate the whole of the CPD offer for our curriculum teams.

You will be expected to complete Professional Growth Observations, Learning Visits, collect feedback from students and support the Head of Quality in completing Curriculum Area Reviews and other associated teaching and learning review activity.

You will also support individual staff via coaching and mentoring to ensure the delivery of teaching, learning and assessment is of a consistently high standard.
