Job Description In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing the provision of an effective and professional compensation service for ofi employees in the Rest of World region (APAC, EMENA, Africa, LatAm) In doing so, you will be working closely together with HR Business Partners, HR CoE Managers and other members of the Total Rewards and senior management team, on implementations and maintenance of our total reward programmes; ranging from base salary management to variable pay and share awards.What you will be doing • Manage compensation data analysis and monitor the competitiveness of compensation plans. Work with local HR to ensure legal compliance where necessary; • Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, including salary data, bonus structures, and benefits offered by competitors; • Apply commercial thinking and understanding of the business and HR, to provide pragmatic and informed HR solutions and ideas that meet both the business needs and fit with the HR agenda; • Manage the job evaluation / job sizing process and job pricing through a number of databases; • Act as an ‘Internal Consultant’ in order to establish efficient compensation processes that align global initiatives with local practice; • Support the budgeting process for reward programmes where required; • Partner with vendors for management of reward programmes; • Identify opportunities for and deliver learning to develop the knowledge and understanding of HR colleagues and people managers; • Support other projects that is on the Total Rewards agenda at a global level; • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations; • Communicate effectively with employees about their compensation packages and answer any questions they may have. Requirements In our ideal candidate, we find a combination of proven, relevant experience and competencies that will help being successful in this position:Experience: • 10 years' experience with total rewards knowledge and experience with international reward practices at all levels; • Proven experience of working in a multi-national, fast-paced, progressive commercial organisations; • Experience with trade unions and manufacturing workforce; • A proficiency in/experience using HR Information Systems and comp survey tools; • Proficiency in/knowledge of compensation & benefits consultancy reporting tools and surveys would be an advantage; • Project management experience will be useful; • Plc and Remco experience is desirable. Competencies: • Stakeholder Management: Ability to with autonomously deal with multiple diverse stakeholders across various time zones; • Strong attention to details; • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills; • Strong analytical skills, and a high level of IT literacy is essential, particularly advanced Excel. ofi is a global leader at the forefront of food & beverage consumer trends.
