A popular activity and leisure company who are consistently expanding across the UK & Europe are looking for a food & beverage manager in the Gosport area. They currently have 37 sites across the UK and hold the current title for the being the best franchise in this sector.
You will manage a team of 15-20 ensuring that exceptional customer service is being delivered and operations are being carried out efficiently. You will also assist the general manager in managing budgets, organising rotas and implementing health and safety standards to ensure that the site is compliant.
Hospitality/leisure experience is preferred for this position, and you will need to be a strong motivator.
The salary is paying up to 28,500 + quarterly target related bonus.
