What will you be doing?
Your day-to-day tasks will vary based on the development and client, but the typical duties include:
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and online platforms
* Following up on sales leads from Rightmove, Zoopla, and other sources
* Providing excellent customer service and guiding buyers through the process
* Ensuring the marketing suite remains presentable and welcoming
* Taking round any walk ins to see the development models and show rooms
* Assisting with key handovers and home demonstrations
What do we need from you?
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Preferably Front of House experience
* Experience selling to high-net-worth individuals
* Previous property experience is ideal but not essential
* Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable
