The Role
The Regional Engagement Manager is a field-based position responsible for driving professional engagement across the North West and Midlands. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with universities, employers, and industry stakeholders to support member recruitment, retention, and development. Key duties include managing regional partnerships, supporting accredited training schemes, coordinating volunteer activities, and delivering high-quality reporting against KPIs. The position requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and flexibility to travel and work across varied time zones. Field-based role covering the North West and Midlands.
* Builds strategic relationships with universities, employers, and stakeholders.
* Drives member recruitment, retention, and engagement.

Qualification
* Degree‑level education with relevant professional qualifications (or working towards).
* Ideally a minimum 3 years’ experience in member engagement, business development, or a related field.
* Familiarity with the UK higher education sector and professional membership organisations.
* High IT literacy and confidence using CRM systems, online conferencing tools, and Microsoft Office.
