We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager for our public sector client in Ballymena, This full- time role offers an immediate start, a competitive rate of £19.10 per hour, standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am5pm, and the opportunity for hybrid working following the induction period. Temporary role lasting 3-6 months with possible extensions. Job duties: Support the delivery and rollout of a new system in the Finance Directorate and across the organisation. Ensure governance arrangements are in place and maintain Project Risk and Issue Logs. Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources, taking corrective action as needed. Develop project plans, produce reports, and coordinate with managers to avoid duplication. Support updates to Trust policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures. Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and partners. Represent the Trust in relevant forums and support project evaluations and lessons learned. Manage staff to ensure work is completed accurately and on time. What We Need From You HND or equivalent recognised qualification. 3 years recent relevant experience.
