MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Data Entry/Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. The role is initially on a 6-month contract however, there is a strong possibility for the contract to be extended or even made permanent. The Role you will be doing;
* Inputting data into production systems
* Verifying and correcting errors in existing records to maintain data integrity
* Organizing and managing files, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval and efficient workflow
* Updating records regularly to reflect new information, transactions, or changes in data
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
* Geneal administration ad hoc duties.
* Able to work Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm.
About you;
* Previous data entry experience is essential
* Previous sage experience is essential
* Experience working within a manufacturing industry is preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to work on your own initiative
* Strong IT skills and experience working on multiple systems
