Your new role
The role includes not only executing works that are currently on the books, but working with other sections of the company to expand the FM offering.As Facilities Contracts Manager, you will have responsibility for all aspects of the business from working with BD, through hiring; subcontracting; and operational management of this team, and ultimately to provide the company with the required margins.FM support to clients in Healthcare; offices; data centres and various types of warehousing and other facilities, providing primarily hard services. They expect to grow these sectors in the coming months and years, and also to expand into other sectors What you'll need to succeed
1. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of managing and delivering hard facility services to a range of clients.
2. You will have the ability to show that you have a clear understanding of how to price and deliver facility services.
3. Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of people management.
4. There will be multiple jobs running concurrently across the UK, and as such, you need to be able to show that you have managed many jobs at one time.
5. MIWFM is certainly an advantage, as is degree level qualifications in related fields.
However, experience and a proven track record will also be considered.
What you'll get in return
Salary of £40,000 to £60,000
