Post and Delivery Operative
We are currently recruiting for a Post room Operative/Porter for our corporate client based in Loughton, Essex
Duties will include but are not limited to: -
* Receiving incoming mail & deliveries
* Loading bay & forklift duties
* Overseeing outgoing mail & goods
* Digitalising all incoming & outgoing mail
* Internal mail distribution
* X-Ray scanning
* Franking mail
* General Porting duties - i.e. preparing rooms for meetings, internal moves.
Essential skills & experience
* Current counterbalance licence- this MUST be either RTITB or ITSSAR, we cannot accept in-house licences - Essential
* Full UK driving licence - Essential
* Excellent communication skills
* Distribution/logistics experience
* Office skills, competent in all Microsoft packages - Essential
* Customer services experience.
* Excellent telephone manner and be well presented.
* Experience of working in a high-pressure corporate environment
* Customer focused
* People skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently via telephone, email, and face to face.
* Willing and able to undertake security vetting - BPSS & SC clearances.
