The Role
ROLE OBJECTIVES
This performance marketing role seeks an experienced professional with a proven track record of driving business growth using paid tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and other paid marketing platforms.
You will be responsible for driving revenue and sales for Retail Dental Cover and Corporate Dental Cover, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working with the Retail and Corporate Divisions. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with at least 6 hours of overlap between 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia).
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute paid search strategies to increase member acquisition across platforms like Google and Bing.
* Manage paid social campaigns to acquire and retain members, creating platform-specific ad creatives.
* Monitor, analyse, and optimise PPC campaigns to maximise ROI, improve click-through rates, and reduce cost per acquisition.
* Collaborate with sales to align messaging and growth strategies.
* Conduct keyword research, manage bids, ad copy, and landing page optimisation.
* Develop lead generation ideas through targeted campaigns at all funnel stages.
* Track and optimise the entire funnel, from impressions to conversions.
* Manage PPC and paid social budgets effectively.
* Implement A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, and bidding strategies.
* Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
* Explore new paid platform opportunities and channels to sustain growth.
* Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
* Align performance marketing with organic search and overall marketing strategies.
* Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicators
* Drive month-on-month growth in dental cover sales.
* Measure sales and revenue from campaigns, focusing on ROI and customer lifetime value.
* Optimise Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and improve the acquisition funnel metrics.
Ideal Profile & Requirements
This full-time role requires a passionate, results-driven individual with extensive experience in paid platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, excellent English communication, integrity, and a growth mindset. Demonstrated success in running effective campaigns is essential.
