Overview
Strategy Consulting Manager – senior‑level role leading strategy and design within a life sciences consultancy. You will manage projects from end‑to‑end, support practice growth and develop client relationships. Focus areas include digital transformation, commercial strategy and medical affairs within the healthcare sector.
What you'll be doing
* Lead strategic consulting projects from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring projects meet client requirements and deadlines.
* Support business growth by developing proposals, identifying client needs and participating in the pitch process for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
* Manage and mentor a global team of consultants while contributing to the agency's thought leadership and industry presence.
The experience you'll need
* Substantial experience in strategy or management consulting, with a focus on the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.
* Commercial experience in proposal development, project scoping and collaboration with business development teams to secure new engagements.
* Subject‑matter expertise in healthcare practice areas such as digital transformation, patient engagement or medical affairs.
Salaries: £70‑90k plus bonuses and a superb benefits pack.
