Youll provide consistent care, guidance and encouragement while observing, monitoring and recording interactions to ensure the safety, wellbeing and progress of parents and children. Youll work hands-on with parents, babies and toddlers, helping families recognise their strengths, meet their own needs and develop the skills to care for their children confidently within a residential or community setting. As a key member of the team, you will also contribute to the smooth running of the centre.
