Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Lawyer to step into a Conveyancing Team Leader role with the option to work on a hybrid basis or fully remote. This is a progressive law firm that places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, career development and delivering high-quality conveyancing services.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a small team of four staff, made up of both fee earners and support staff.
* Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, property sales and purchases, remortgages and all other aspects of the residential conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
* Maintain quality and client service by limiting to no more than 70 live files.
* Potential involvement in commercial property work if you bring relevant experience.
