Job Description:
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Managing and coordinating the full design process across multiple projects
* Reviewing technical designs for compliance, risk, and buildability
* Leading design meetings, managing design programmes and deliverables
* Coordinating statutory approvals, planning conditions, and building regulations
* Driving innovation, efficiency, and best-value solutions with commercial and delivery teams
REQUIREMENTS
* Degree-qualified in Architecture or Engineering (or equivalent)
* Strong background in residential design & build – particularly high-rise
* 5+ years post-qualification experience, ideally with a developer or D&B contractor
* Solid knowledge of building regs, technical coordination and consultant management
* Great communicator with a proactive, detail-focused approach
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
Salary range of £70,000 – £80,000 per annum.
