Your Mission
As a
Industrial Sales Support
, you will play a key role in the sales team, ensuring a smooth flow of information between customers, the commercial team, and other internal departments. Your support will enable our sales representatives to focus on strategy and growth while you handle daily operations and administrative tasks.
Your Responsibilities
Support for the Sales Team:
* Provide sales representatives with customer and product information.
* Manage internal requests related to Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, Sales Controlling, and Administration.
* Request and manage product samples.
* Monitor and respond to emails from general company accounts, identifying potential business opportunities.
* Handle technical and regulatory requests through Salesforce.
Customer Support and Assistance:
* Respond to general inquiries and provide technical and commercial information.
* Coordinate special labeling and sealing requirements for specific orders with Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams.
* Handle special documentation requests for product registration in different countries.
* Manage health certificates for exports through official platforms such as Cexgan (Ministry of Agriculture).
Coordination with Other TOLSA Departments and Subsidiaries:
* Confirm sales conditions, pricing, and production requirements.
* Place purchase orders with selected suppliers.
Requirements
Location
: Bologna or nearby – this is an on-site position. While we currently don't offer remote work, occasional flexibility can be considered if needed.
Education:
Degree in
Chemistry
,
Administration
,
International Trade
, or a related field.
Experience:
2-3 years in administrative support for sales, customer service, or logistics. International sales experience is a plus.
Fluent English. It's essential for this international role. Other language will be a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
; experience with
SAP
and
Salesforce
.
Proactive mindset and excellent organizational skills
Experience with international sales support or customer service is a plus
