We're hiring a Housekeeping Manager

We're seeking a passionate, results-driven manager — someone who loves leading people and takes pride in exceptional housekeeping — to head up our friendly team across Yorkshire sites.
You'll take the lead in managing our Housekeeping team, ensuring Henshaws College and our Arts & Crafts Centre is clean, safe and welcoming. You'll set the standard by planning, monitoring and maintaining quality through regular inspections, clear accountability and high productivity. You'll also make sure your team has everything they need — from training to equipment — to work efficiently and safely. As our go-to person for housekeeping and cleaning standards across our Yorkshire operations, you'll drive consistency, quality and pride in every space we care for.

* Salary: £15.37per hour/£30,371.12 per annum

* Weeks per year: 52
* Contract: Permanent
* Annual leave: 5 weeks plus 10 days' bank holiday
* Location: Henshaws College, with regular travel across sites to the Arts and Crafts center
* Closing Date: 5th October noon.
Requirements:
* Experience of working as a leader in a housekeeping/cleaning environment
* Level 5 Management qualification or a commitment to work towards within 2 years or evident experience at this level
* Knowledge and understanding of hygiene and cleanliness, both best practices and regulations
* An understanding of infection control, and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) with relevant qualification or open to work towards them.
* Enthusiastic, respectful and sensitive attitude to the client group
