Role Overview: They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retaIined search strategies within the infrastructure & construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the infrastructure & construction sector
2. Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in these sectors
3. Conduct comprehensive candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to infrastructure & construction leadership roles
4. Develop detailed candidate briefs and market mapping reports for these industries
5. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to final placement
6. Contribute to business development and new client acquisition in infrastructure & construction
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets and deliver exceptional results
Essential Requirements:
8. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive search or high-end recruitment
9. Proven track record of successful senior-level placements, Preferably in infrastructure & construction
10. Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
11. Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and market trends in these sectors
12. Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience
13. Proficiency in recruitment technologies and candidate management systems
14. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Desirable Qualifications:
16. In-depth knowledge of infrastructure & construction industries preferred
17. Experience working with infrastructure & construction organizations
18. Experience in selling a retained search solution
19. Advanced digital and social media recruiting skills
