HowYou’llMake an Impact:
1. Understand and consistently comply to all safety,healthand environmental standards (behavioural and machine) on site and for own work area
2. Fully run all operations in allocated area to deliver agreed production plan and achieve KPI targetswhilst complying with all standard operating procedures
3. Accurately record,trackand monitor all relevant operational performance data taking timelycorrective actions or escalating if required
4. Participate in operational improvement initiatives and use core TPM methodologies to helpin identification of losses and their elimination through root cause analysis
5. Complete routine basic maintenance tasks (TPM AM steps 1-3) and changeovers to maximise machinerunning times escalating non-standard equipment conditions
6. Supportteambyidentifyingimprovementopportunitiesandraisingissuestolocalleadershipteam
Qualifications:
7. Minimum 2 years relevant industrial experience in a production environment where you have demonstrated the above skills or relevant mechanical, electrical, process or chemical qualification and good understanding of TPM and experience in using basic associated tools and techniques.
8. Good levelof education required in both numeracy and literacy as well as communication skills in local language are necessary to perform effectively:
9. Ability to complete logs,worksheetsand record information (including graphically) clearly and legibly
10. Ability to effectively express themselves to colleagues at all levels to explain work situations and issues and understand both written and verbal instructions
11. Competent in use of Microsoft office (PowerPoint,Exceland word). Ability to use E-mail, and manage all processes and procedures through use of electronic systems
12. Demonstrated capability of working in a production environment which requires a disciplined, ordered approach with careful attention to standards of work and personal behaviour
13. Relevant experience in Assistant Process operator role within Ecolab
14. Good understanding of TPM and use of basic associated tools and techniques
