The Opportunity We are seeking a Delegate Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic, international team and assist in driving registrations and executive attendance for our portfolio of industry events!
To be a successful Delegate Acquisition Executive, you must possess a hunger to exceed targets along with an ability to leverage creative initiative towards engaging with multinational C-Suite executives and utilize all of your nous to open doors and generate their interest in attending our shows.
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic team player with initiative and willingness to learn, as we will provide an extensive training program to develop the right individual into a successful, multi-faceted business development professional that will thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Developing a solid understanding of our international event portfolio and value propositions.
Working in close collaboration with cross-functional departments to meet registration goals and exceed functional departments to meet and exceed registration goals and delegate targets.
Researching and identifying executive-level prospects and engaging via phone, social, media, and email to extend invitations and secure registrations.
Contributing to the expansion of our contact database and maintaining our Salesforce CRM system. Requirements 1-2 years of professional working experience, ideally in a sales, business development, or recruitment role. Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields is preferred.
Data-driven and analytical nature, able to effectively conduct industry research.
Strong work ethic with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confidence engaging with stakeholders and building relationships.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently, to achieve desired outcomes.
United Kingdom work authorisation is required.
