Job Description
Working for an established PR specialist agency in Leeds, this is the ideal opportunity for a journalism, PR and/or marketing comms graduate with some PR experience to join the team. This client values work-life balance along with being passionate about all things PR. As their Public Relations Account Executive you will work on a variety of clients with the focus on creating great copy/content and gaining coverage across multiple media outlets.
You will be based central Leeds for some of the week and must have excellent written and communication skills.
About You:
* Background in Public Relations/Journalism/Comms
* Some commercial experience of PR
* Excellent writing skills to produce quality content
* Confident individual not afraid to manage relationships with the media
What You'll Be Doing:
* Working closely with the account team on your weekly plan
* Write a numbers of releases, features and content pieces a week
* Develop key media contacts and gain coverage for your clients
* Weekly/Monthly reporting on activity and successes
Where You Will Be Working:
This is a hybrid role based in Leeds City Centre. You must be Yorkshire based.
