This role involves monitoring company fleet downtime, reporting daily VOR/VNA, liaising with third-party support on fleet availability, and managing admin functions related to motor insurance claims within Flexigrid. It is essential to maintain good relationships with manufacturers, repairers, and service providers, acting as the first contact for drivers regarding defects and repairs.
This is a full-time, on-site position with a 4 on-4 off shift pattern, including weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling driver calls and organizing appropriate actions for defected assets.
* Updating defects in Fleet Management System.
* Monitoring VOR and VNA statuses.
* Providing tyre information for call-outs and repairs.
* Communicating fleet availability to relevant departments.
* Collaborating with the Fleet Team to reduce costs, downtime, and accidents.
* Coordinating with third-party support for insurance repairs.
* Managing compliance documents and insurance claims processing.
* Supporting KPI updates, reporting, and implementing corrective actions.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Essential:
* Proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, formatting).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure office environment.
* Flexibility and multitasking ability under tight deadlines.
