Role Overview
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our on-site team. This role involves living and working on-site and would suit candidates who enjoy outdoor work, hands-on tasks, and delivering high standards of customer service. Full training will be provided where required.
On-site accommodation (holiday home) is provided as part of the role. The position includes an on-call rota for emergencies (up to 5 evenings per week).
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming and assisting guests
* Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Carrying out hot tub maintenance routines (full training provided)
* Cleaning and preparing accommodations for guest arrivals
* Grounds maintenance, including mowing, strimming, and general upkeep
* Checking and maintaining playground equipment
* Cleaning toilet and shower facilities
* Litter picking and site presentation
* Completing routine compliance checks
* Supporting and maintaining health and safety procedures across the site
* Delivering a high level of customer service and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Requirements
* Friendly, approachable, and dependable
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Willingness to live and work on-site
* Ability to work outdoors and carry out physical tasks
* Basic DIY skills are beneficial but not essential (training provided)
