Part time Receptionist required for a busy doctors practice based in Gloucester working 15.75 hours per week. Paying £12.71 per hour, temporary with the possibility to go permanent.
With a reception team of around 5, our client is a small Gloucester practice but with a patient base of around 5,000, the surgery can become a very busy place.
Hours to be worked are Monday 8.00am to 1.15pm, Thursday and Friday 1.15pm to 6.30pm. Cover may also be required for a Tuesday morning. Please bear these hours in mind when you apply as they can't be altered. Additional hours may be required to cover for holidays etc., but will always be planned in advance.
The role will include:
Greeting visitors to the surgery
Adding new patient records
Opening and sorting the surgeries post
We are looking for an approachable and outgoing person with an ability to cope under pressure. You will need to be computer literate as a high volume of work will be computer based.
Previous Reception or Administration will be required for this position.
