About Our Client
Our client is a leading player in their industry with several branches spread across the UK. They are renowned for utilising the latest technological advancements to deliver high-quality solutions to their customers.
They're looking for a contract IT Support Analyst to start ASAP. 5 days a week on-site and paying around £200 per day (inside IR35 / PAYE).
Job Description
* Experience of providing 2nd level IT support in a fast paced working environment
* Excellent knowledge of MS O365
* Experience of supporting MS Azure, Active Directory etc.
* Hardware build and deployment (Laptops, PCs etc.)
* Have ownership of any escalated issues till successful resolution
* Previous experience working in an ITIL environment
The Successful Applicant
A successful IT Support Analyst should have:
* A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Proficient in various IT systems and networks.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Strong knowledge of the Transport & Distribution industry.
